  The atmosphere is pretty good aND it's neat that they are a family run business. But, they are so short handed, it took an hour to get our 2 pizzas and when we did get it...the Margarita pizza was kind of MEH...not a very strong flavor or great "write home to momma" flavor. The Omnivore was pretty good and it looks like it pretty much the one that everyone orders. Almost everyone had the same pizza. Pretty good, but not knock your socks off.
  It did look like they have a help wanted sign up...so they may be just having some growing pains. I'll probably try again later and see how it goes. But, i wasn't impressed enough to pay $57 for 2 pizzas and 6 drinks.

  We love Brewster's! Such an added plus that Wimberley Brewing Company is a part of it. Who doesn't love amazing pizza and great beer?! We love sitting outside on the deck area with our dogs relaxing and enjoying the yummy fare.
  The Brewster is our fav pizza. All the ingredients are fresh and staff is super friendly.
